Malarstwo Aldony Mickiewicz
Abstract
Obrazy Aldony Mickiewicz można zaliczyć do odwiecznego i mającego swe miejsce w historii sztuki motywu, tak zwanej martwej natury. Może tutaj właśnie trzeba sobie uświadomić, że to określenie w języku polskim brzmi szczególnie niezręcznie, nie oddaje sensu tego motywu w malarstwie. Martwa natura to po prostu natura nieżywa, to rzeczywistość obumarła. A przecież malujący przedmioty, owoce, draperie, kwiaty – malowali je po to, by je ożywić, by nadać im wewnętrzny dynamizm, by odnaleźć w jabłku, metalowych czy ceramicznych naczyniach światło i kolor. Zebrane z pola słoneczniki to przecież kwiaty już nieżywe, zasilane tylko przez jakiś czas wodą. Namalowane przez van Gogha, stają się wspaniałą opowieścią o kolorze, formie, są symbolem ukrytego życia.
