Psychoterapia lęku w koncepcji analizy transakcyjnej
Abstract
Analiza transakcyjna (AT), podobnie jak inne kierunki psychoterapeutyczne, jest jedną z koncepcji zajmującą się leczeniem zaburzeń lękowych. Wywodzi się z nurtu psychoanalitycznego mając też związki z psychoterapią humanistyczną. Wszystkie działania terapeutyczne podejmowane przez AT muszą być poprzedzone diagnozą, która w sposób całościowy powinna obejmować takie elementy cząstkowe jak diagnoza klasyfikacyjna, genetyczna, znaczenia, fazy oraz prognozy. W pracy psychoterapeutycznej z zastosowaniem analizy transakcyjnej najbardziej przydatna okazuje się diagnoza interakcyjna, w stopniu znacznie większym niż diagnoza różnicowa czy funkcjonalna. Strategia psychoterapeutyczna AT opiera się na pracy według formuły, która ma zapewnić pacjentowi: przyzwolenie, ochronę i siłę, prowadząc w konsekwencji do redecyzji wczesnodziecięcych i samoograniczających wyborów pacjenta, których konsekwencją jest zdolność do reagowania w sposób pozbawionych lęku.
