Wolność a prawa ucznia
Abstract
W kontekście prawa natury człowiek obdarzony jest wolnością. W kontekście psychologicznym człowiek obdarzony jest wolną wolą. Człowiek, będąc obdarzony wolnością oraz wolną wolą, i tak żyje w niewoli, nie szanuje praw innych. Syn, córka nie czczą swoich rodziców, a oni ich, człowiek zabija, kradnie, oszukuje, obraża wyznawców innej religii, obraża godność osoby ludzkiej. Dlaczego więc człowiek ogranicza aż tak swoją wolność? Jaka jest przyczyna tego ograniczenia, tego skazania człowieka na życie w niewoli przez brak poszanowania prawa innych do życia w wolności i uznawania tylko prawa do własnej wolności?....
