Praca a tożsamość
Abstract
Przed kilku laty ukazał się numer „Horyzontów Wychowania”(4/2003) pod znamiennym tytułem Niepokoje tożsamości. Jego
tematyka dotyczyła prób spojrzenia na zagadnienie tożsamości
w odniesieniu do natury człowieka, kultury, religii, etyki, psychologii, pedagogiki. Zauważono, że tożsamość człowieka jest czymś dynamicznym i nie można jej raz na zawsze zdefiniować. Przeciwnie, wymaga nieustannego doprecyzowania i zdefiniowania
odpowiedzi na pytania: Kim jest człowiek? Jakie jest jego miejsce
w otaczającym go świecie? Jaka jest jego relacja do drugiego
człowieka? Warto zauważyć, że współczesne interpretacje tożsamości usiłują wyjaśniać procesy poszukiwania i osiągania
ludzkiej tożsamości za pomocą takich pojęć jak historia rozwoju,
koncepcja samego siebie, uprawnienia społeczne, tożsamość ról
społecznych, tożsamość społeczna, tożsamość osobista. Można
zatem mówić, że pojęcie tożsamości jest pojęciem kluczowym
w antropologii opierającej się na psychologii, socjologii czy
pedagogice. W niniejszym numerze zamierzamy spojrzeć na odkrywanie i przeżywanie ludzkiej tożsamości z perspektywy pracy...
