Call for Papers: HW Vol 24, No 72 (2025): „Authority in the face of contemporary challenges"

Contemporary times contain a specific kind of dramaturgy, reflected in the space of reflections and discourses on authority, its role, functions and, above all, authenticity, which is not only a challenge but also a call for education, which should awaken the deep need for authority in human life, especially the young generation. Facing this issue requires courage and readiness to reflect also on common distortions in the understanding of authority. In this context, it is worth referring to the perception of authority from an axiological perspective by Andrzej M. de Tchorzewski who notices the decline of  the role and meaning of authority, particularly, in the personnak and institutional dimension of relationship. Such an attitude can provoke and inspire the scientists for deepening research on the above topics, for the sake of the quality of upbringing. Therefore, we invite you to share with us your scientific reflection in this area on the pages of Horisons of Education.
