Znaczenie wychowania intelektualnego dla rozwoju człowieka
Abstract
W tekście podjęta zostanie problematyka wychowania intelektualnego, a konkretnie jego znaczenia w procesie przygotowywania człowieka do odnajdywania swojego miejsca w świecie społecznym.
The changing reality entails a new outlook on the process of education, or more generally on education understood as creating conditions for man to develop. The text undertakes issues connected with intellectual education, or more specifically its significance in the process of preparing man to find his own place in the social world. As a consequence, the Author of the text introduces the image of a contemporary man and the expectations the society sets up for him. Against that background, the Author describes intellectual education with reference to the assumptions of cognitive psychology. The text also includes an attempt to present the role of the school in providing experiences connected with intellectual development.
