Czy przedsiębiorczy skuteczniej uczą przedsiębiorczości?
Abstract
CEL NAUKOWY: Celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, na ile osobnicze cechy nauczyciela akademickiego i jego praktyczne doświadczenie w działalności gospodarczej są istotne w odbiorze treści programowych związanych z przedsiębiorczością i w jakim stopniu są w stanie wpłynąć na inicjację i rozwój postaw przedsiębiorczych wśród studentów.
PROBLEM I METODY BADAWCZE: Artykuł przedstawia wyniki pilotażowego badania ankietowego studentów kierunków ekonomicznych dotyczące postrzegania pożądanego zestawu kompetencji i cech osobowości nauczycieli przedsiębiorczości oraz stopnia ich zbieżności z cechami przedsiębiorcy.
PROCES WYWODU: Artykuł rozpoczyna krytyczny przegląd dyskusji naukowej na temat nauczania przedsiębiorczości, w tym metod nauczania, kompetencji i cech osobowości nauczycieli przedsiębiorczości. Następnie omówiono wyniki własnych ilościowych badań empirycznych dotyczących wpływu nauczania, w tym osobowości i doświadczenia biznesowego nauczyciela akademickiego, na rozwój postaw przedsiębiorczych wśród studentów studiów ekonomicznych.
WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: Doświadczenie w biznesie połączone z kreatywnością i umiejętnościami komunikacyjnymi to najważniejsze cechy skutecznego nauczyciela przedsiębiorczości.
WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Skuteczne nauczanie przedsiębiorczości wymaga od nauczyciela doświadczenia na temat prowadzenia biznesu oraz odpowiedniego nastawienia do słuchaczy i procesu nauczania. Niezbędna jest otwartość i interaktywne prowadzenie zajęć, z dużą dozą pomysłowości i poczucia humoru, angażującego grupę do współpracy i poznawania treści zajęć.
