Internet kognitywny
Abstract
Rośnie rola Internetu w komunikacji interpersonalnej. Proporcjonalnie do liczby użytkowników zwiększa się także jego znaczenie w komunikacji biznesowej i politycznej. Ostatnie kampanie wyborcze w Polsce, a w szczególności w Stanach Zjednoczonych udowodniły, że mikromedia (narrowcasting) są dzisiaj osią, wokół której rozgrywa się walka o władzę. Można wymienić liczne tego dowody, ale najbardziej spektakularnym było powołanie przez Prezydenta Baracka Obamę, zaraz po objęciu przez niego urzędu, instytucji Cyber Cara. Wiedza na temat zarządzania komunikacją w sieci (social advisoring) staje się coraz cenniejsza. Warto zatem przybliżyć niektóre zagadnienia związane z tą sferą aktywności współczesnego człowieka. Pamiętać jednak należy, iż Internet ma różne oblicza. Z jednej strony jest kognitywny, dający szansę na współdziałanie, z drugiej zaś destruktywny i niszczący.
