Karać czy kierować? W sprawie herbartowskiej kategorii „Zucht”
Abstract
Niekiedy obraz przemawia bardziej niż słowo, dlatego we wstępie chciałbym odwołać się do pewnego osobistego doświadczenia. W ubiegłym roku, w wakacje zwiedzałem wystawę w Muzeum Szkolnictwa w bawarskim miasteczku Ichenhausen. Znajduje się ono w dawnym budynku szkoły. Ekspozycja przedstawia główne etapy materialnego rozwoju edukacji od czasów prehistorycznych aż do współczesności. W jednym z pomieszczeń zrekonstruowano dziewiętnastowieczną izbę lekcyjną. Oprócz wyposażenia starano się odtworzyć również atmosferę panującą wówczas na zajęciach. Stąd niemal każdy szczegół sali odgrywał ważną rolę.
